  • Online bookings can be made up to an hour before an available appointment time or scheduled class.
  • Online cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or class. To amend your booking after this time, please call us on 3354 1819, we ask that you kindly give us at least 8 hours notice.
  • You will receive an SMS reminder the day before your appointment or class.
  • If you are coming for the first time, are coming for a different condition or service, or haven’t been for over 12 months, you will have some paperwork to complete – PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY for your appointment or class.
  • Payment will be taken at the time of your appointment or class where applicable.
  • Please note: appointment bookings with Loyola can not be made online – please call the clinic on 3354 1819 to book with her.
  • Please note: to book with Julian for a Private or EPC physio appointment, please select a Senior Physio consult.

Which appointment type do I need?

 

For Physio

  • Please book an Initial Consultation if any of the following is applicable to you –
    • you are coming to us for the first time
    • you have not been to see us in the last 12 months
    • you are seeing us for treatment for a new area/condition
  • Please book for a Subsequent Consultation if you have already had an Initial Consultation for your current condition

 

For Clinical Rehab/Osteo Assessments & Classes

  • Please book a Class Initial Assessment as your first one on one session
  • Please book Class Subsequent Assessment if you have already had your Initial.
  • Please book Clinical Rehab One on One if you would like a private session.

For Massage Therapy

  • Choose between 1 hour, 1.5 hour and 2 hour appointments
